Booking error when made online that could have been easily fixed would not be rectified by night staff. Was not greeted with smile but rather a irritated demeanor. Got stuck in economy room with upcharge. Shame because I love staying at this hotel when I'm in town. This one experience is going to make reconsider staying again.
