"No wifi in our Royal/King Suite (we selected the best room on their hotels.com listing). Only working wifi was in their lobby (i took my tablet and cell phone to lobby and confirmed wifi worked there). Cannot recommend any hotel with no working wifi in a room I am paying for. We left the next morning and hotel would not credit our account for nights we were not there. They grossly misrepresent wifi on hotels.com. Also, they misrepresent parking as secured covered valet parking on-site; they have zero/no parking. Also, they misrepresent buffet breakfast for a fee served daily; they have zero/no available breakfast. "
