"Fantastic property - our family of 5 from the US stayed at this property and it was really perfect. Nice setting and very private after spending a few days in Rome. "Paolo the host met us in the village and took us up to some steep roads to the appartment which has super outlook. The path up from the village is along traditional old narrow Italian walkways (not suitable for anyone with walking or breathing problems).The appartment has everything you could need."

A traditional rustic farmhouse that simply has everything single thing you need and if not the lovely host will find it. The setting is glorious. The history is wondrous and the pool is to die for. This was truly the most magical holiday. I will say that I was totally dubious owing to the fact that there were no reviews but I need not have worried. Simply stunning in every way."

"Nach der Anreise auf den gut ausgebauten Sraßen , kamen wir an dem kleinen gut ausgestattetem Häuschen an. Die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgt so wie besprochen. Die Lage und Unterkunft ist idela für Meschen die Ruhe suchen. Da die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten etwas entfernt sind, ist es von Vorteil, wenn man vor der Anfahrt einkaufn gwht. Sehr geeignet für Selbstversorger."

"Very nice renovated house in the countryside, about 3,5km from the village of Casaprota. It is clean an beautiful, with great views to the valley, the surrounding hills and olive groves. The communication was complicated since received messages from both Novasol and VRBO, and the local contact does not speak a single word of english. The pool is not deep but refreshing: it only needs refilling sometimes even if you have moved the water a bit by swimming. We did that because they threat to have...

"The description and frankly pricing of this property do not fully explain that there are 3 other properies(up to another 8 guests), 19 cats and the owner living on site. I did not realise that from your website desciption which is misleading. If you are happy to share and don’t mind cats then it is simply lovely but you do not have the privacy that many of us crave.
