"At first, everything was very good. The appartment is in a really cool neighborhood with lots of activities nearby (restaurants, boutiques, theater etc) But, in the morning, we found bed bugs. They were crawling EVERYWHERE in the sofa bed, there was blood all over the sheets and my friend has been eaten all over her body, it was horrifying. We took out luggages and left immediately to the nearest washing/drying machines to sanitize everything. They fully refunded the two nights we booked"
