Highly recommend, staff was so nice!! They brought me out a cake for my birthday at breakfast. The spa was wonderful as well. Would definitely stay here again when we come back.

Loved this hotel! Super clean, staff was friendly, only downside is paying for parking. If you pay with card you have to go back upstairs which is a little pain but otherwise it was a great stay.

It is the best hotel I stay at and I travel a lot! The gym has lots of equipments. The staff is really friendly and helpful. They surprise me with a cake for my birthday. That was a pleasant surprise. Very nice hotel. I enjoyed my stay there as a solo traveler. Also the supermarket a few walk away was so convenient!

Rooftop patio was terrific (no problem bringing your own drinks). Elevator was a bit slow and pool is actually indoors with no view. Room was a good size but needed to open the window to get really fresh air. Staff were great. You will need to Uber everywhere as you are a few KMs from old town, otherwise about a 60 minute walk. Somewhat limited restaurant options nearby.

Great location with the tourist bus stopping right by the hotel and a supermarket next door. Two lounges, one with roof top views. All the staff were absolutely lovely. The spa was also nice, but the swimming pool was not to the standard expected and was in need of a facelift. Room was very comfortable and house keeping excellent. Breakfast was pleasant and with plenty of choice and constantly refreshed. I would stay here again.

Disappointing… The staff was great but the hotel’s amenities and marketing could do with an improvement. First, the spa advertised in the photos is not included in the reservation, and comes at a fee of 20€ per person. There is a free pool and jacuzzi, but those are shared with another fitness centre, so much for relaxation. Secondly, the disposable slippers are free to wear during the stay, but you’ll need to pay to bring them home. I’ve stayed in 3/4 stars hotels that don’t charge. Finally, the rooms are good, but not necessarily 5 stars worthy. Overall, the hotel is good, the staff were really helpful and nice, but it’s not a 5 star hotel, it’s a 4 star.

Great hotel, great value. Only thing letting it down is the breakfast (not good value) and the “spa” facilities, the pool and jacuzzi were very dated. Other than that the people were all really nice and helpful, the room was great size and comfy bed.

Lovely hotel, approx 50min walk from the centre. Nice restaurants close including a good Indian Mendi. Hotel well furnished, rooftop bar, spa, etc. very nice place to stay, staff are amazing. Would definitely stay again
