"i didn't stay in the property because the owner cancelled due to them having covid, but he never refunded my money and VRBO promised to help and process the refund but they never did. And this is after several calls and texts with the owner as well as chatting and calling with VRBO several times, including talking to their manager who promised she will escalate and have someone call me but never did. This is my first time to try VRBO and there will never be a second time! So please stay away if...

"We enjoyed staying at Trullo Ulivo. The queen bed was very comfortable. The pull out bed in the living room and the twin bed in bedroom with the queen were ok. The pool was very nice to relax and enjoy after a hot day. The setting of the Trulli accommodations was quiet and peaceful. The Trullo also offered a washing machine. What I didn’t realize is part of the Trullo is blocked off for another trullo (perhaps a one room Trullo)."
