The only downside was that there was no kettle in the room — even after asking, we had to go downstairs to the reception each time to get hot water. And this is after several calls and texts with the owner as well as chatting and calling with VRBO several times, including talking to their manager who promised she will escalate and have someone call me but never did. This is my first time to try VRBO and there will never be a second time! So please stay away if...
