"Room was HOT, we called and they turned A/C on but in middle of night it was off again and I felt it come back on at 5am. Breakfast was not that special. No shampoo or conditioner in the room. PIllows were hard... scenery not of the sea but of industrial fishing boats... hotel was clean, staff was professional, shuttle was easy ... amenities were just lacking for the price."

"This was an amazing stay. The hotel is located a minute away from st Marco square and many great shops and restaurants. Getting there from the airport water shuttle was a breeze and navigating the public transit to the train station was also fairly easy from this location. The rooms were clean and well decorated and maintained. The front desk staff were exceptional. I would recommend this stay to anyone staying in Venice. They also have bag check service to any of their guest getting there early or leaving later for free."
