The property is in a great location. Close to shopping, restaurants, the Metro and the sightseeing hop on hop off bus stop. The apartment was clean and comfortable. It is on a major road with construction going on out front, but it was surprisingly quiet at night. The host greeted us and gave us information and tips ln sightseeing and transportation. We had a great stay!

A clean, modern 3-star hotel with a helpful and friendly customer-facing manager. The breakfast is decent, service is very good, and eating, shopping, and other attractions in Monterosso are a short walking distance. All in all, a good place to stay in Cinque Terre!

5 minutes walk from train station, a lot of eating options close by, good breakfast. The only complain is that there is little insulation between rooms, I could hear all conversations of my neighbors.

Loved the location in the flat and less busy part of town. The hotel staff were friendly but spoke little English. The breakfast buffet was delicious & substantial. The hotel room was cute and very clean. But the lack of A/C that was advertised made us very uncomfortable especially overnight. This was a huge disappointment as August heat is almost unbearable. The manager minimized this by telling us to keep the windows open as there are no mosquitoes here and it’s cool in the evenings. Keeping the shutters closed during the day didn’t cut it. Although no bugs the open windows allowed the noise of people walking by late at night & sound of mopeds, motorcycles & service trucks to wake us up early mornings. The barking dogs from across the street were especially annoying. The shower is tiny and water control was difficult. We found Monterosso overpriced in restaurants overall and most servers rude or unfriendly. Scenery and sea are spectacular though!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hotel 5 Terre! The staff were very friendly and helpful. The property was well maintained. The room was exceptionally clean, and the air conditioning in the room was definitely a plus since we were there while it was extremely hot.

Very close to the beach, best to use the Paid Umbrellas and lounges at the bottom of the street, on the right, instead of the crowded public beach also on the right. The Paid Beach, 40 euros / day, is well worth it. This is a nice small family run hotel with a wonderful daily breakfast, the courtyard is a nice quiet place for a after dinner bottle of wine. We stayed here after three weeks in Greece and Turkey and will return.
