"When we got there, we realized there were no elevator & we happen to not be able to do stairs. We have a handicap plaque and they made it work where we got a very nice room that we could enter & exit easily! The only negative was the soap dispenser in the bathroom at the sink had no soap it at all otherwise everything was fine."

"Major highway construction around this property made getting to it or around to anything else very challenging. Room was very nice, staff friendly. Pool was well heated but pool deck was dirty "

"When checking in, night staff (woman) was super friendly and quick! Bed wasn’t the most comfortable and morning staff (older ethnic man) wasn’t very friendly at all. The room was NOT thoroughly cleaned AT ALL!! towels looked dirty and werent properly stocked. Used dirty socks from a perilous stay were found in the room. Shower was great and the hotel is good for a quick unexpected overnight stay. "

"Overall my stay wasn’t the worst thing ever better I do have a couple of things to say. One: The stairs leading to the second floor are WAY too steep and that is already dangerous especially for kids and also somebody painted over the stairs also so if they get rained on you are bound to slip and fall. Two: The walls are so thing that you can hear anybody and everybody’s conversations that they are having in their rooms. It’s quite annoying. Three: The cleanliness of the rooms was decent in...

"We had a wonderful 2 night stay. The home was meticulously clean and well accommodated. Loved the historical features of the home and decor. Communication was great. We really appreciated our welcome card and thoughtful gift. Close to UCA. Look forward to staying again soon!"

"We stayed here for the weekend of our daughter's graduation from UCA. The house was great, the location was great, and the communication with the host was great. I would stay here again anytime."

"We enjoyed our stay overall. We needed more in the kitchen to be able to cook/eat and there were some broken doors. We mentioned one of the broken doors to the host and they were apologetic and thanked us for bringing it to their attention. We would have loved to have had better pots/pans/utensils and dishes to use!"
