"Very convenient for overnight before morning flight"

"A place we always stay before an early flight from Heathrow. Check in smooth, room good, comfortable bed, quiet. Enjoyed a couple of drinks in the bar, good food selection available in the bar, but decided on the restaurant. - One of the restaurants, La Belle Époque, super food, high end, and the other restaurant, a great variety of dishes to suit people from all over the world. Loved my fish dish, and my husband loved his vegetarian. Desserts not so memorable. Great sleep (albeit short), quick check out, felt safe and easily connected to T5 and Heathrow Express is a 5-minute walk. Much better than most airport hotels I have stayed in for sure!"

"When I told the staff about my difficulties finding the transportation from the airport, they referred me to their website - not very personable. They gave me an adapter that didn't work in all the sockets. The usb charger was broken. Otherwise clean. More of a self-service hotel. Adequate, but not great."

"The rooms are nice but the hotel is without many vending machines.. so if you have travelled a long time bring your own food. The room was a bit stuffy and the wifi did not work. It’s a bit expensive to get there from the airport- in hindsight I would have picked a hotel closer to the airport."
