"Rydges Newscasts is a beautiful modern hotel, central to everything on the waterfront. I had a free night to use that covered the stay and it was a wonderful treat. Our room was a suite on level 3, beautifully appointed with an outlook over the harbour. We enjoyed a delicious dinner in the restaurant with a happy hour between 4 to 6 that had a variety of affordable beer, wine and cocktails to select. in the hotel, valet parking was $35. All hotel staff were professional, helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend for a special occasion. "

"Staff were lovely, looked after us very well after a small complication with booking. Unit was amazing, had all you needed and walking distance to so much. Garage parking available at a smaller fee than most other places. We were given complimentary parking due to our small issue and drinks too, didn't have to ask. Great customer service. We would stay again"
