"The rooms were very clean & nice. We had a problem with the toilet. It would not flush so we had to use lobby bathroom. The staff was very nice."

They have new maintenance crew members who are working their ass off making this place look and run great. The staff is so friendly! They went above and beyond for my daughter and I. "Room was okay. Door to patio stuck slightly open. Bathroom did not have any place to hang towels, except one short rod for a hand towel. Check-in was fast and easy. Gentleman who helped us was efficient and friends. During our two night stay, DeeDee worked the front desk over the weekend. She greeted guests as they entered, asking about their breakfast or their day. Truly a GREAT representative of the hotel. We easily walked to Royals games just across the street. Great location."

"The room was very clean but the refrigerator was outside the door the hair dryer did not work. The breakfast as not up to par the juice machine did not work and the milk source was a gallon jug not individual cartons and the same milk jug was there the next morning "

"This place had everything we needed for our entire family of 6. Comfortable bedding, sofas, plenty of linens. Fully stocked kitchen. Laundry machine, and dryer. The coffee they had was amazing. Normally a one cup drinker, but we doubled up because it was fantastic. Everything worked as it should. Communication with the property owner was on point. I felt safe and the place was quiet. "
