Hotel was closed and out of business workforce need to remove it from the website
This place was very poor in all aspects. The main issue was that the bathroom had not been cleaned before my stay. There was no toilet paper, towels etc
It was never going to be particularly nice for the budget price but we didn’t expect the sheets to have weird specks in them (maybe crumbs?). The noisy disco downstairs was annoying too. We all slept with earplugs.
Whilst it was always going to be a budget option, the basics were not even covered.
No light in the corridor because 'they're special lights': actually circular neon lights available at any Bunnings
The sheets on the double bed had not been changed. We ended up doing it ourselves after getting fresh sheets from the barman / night receptionist.
We paid for a Comfort room that could sleep 5 people and realised after leaving the next day that we'd been given a standard room for 4. It would have allowed us to be more 'comfortable' given the sagginess of the beds.
The barman was as helpful as he could, trying to apologise and make up for others not doing their job. It feels like the place is just being run to the ground.
Property was of very poor standard. Dirty, bed linen was cheap and years old. Rooms did not have wardrobe, spare pillows or anything but bed. Bathrooms were poor quality, broken tiles, broken taps and dirty
Hi. I am leaving this review to benefit both the business and hotel stayers alike. The room had a bed that was caved in. Basically unsleepable. There was music pumping till at least 1 am, and the window of our room was not even able to be closed. The staff were friendly but did not serve us straight away (reception is non-existent, the bar staff manage the rooms). Overall I think for the price it was subpar. Price was way too high for the quality (paid $95/$105 for the night).
This place was terrible.. it didn't state that it was shared bathrooms when booking a room, the whole inside of the hotel could use some renovations due to cracks and holes.
Our room was only separated with a divider so we could hear the people next to us very loudly. The service wasn't great as we were not told what to do with our key in the morning when checking out as there was no workers in the morning and the place was all locked up and to top it all off there was a 'nightclub' down stairs which was very loud and ran very late keeping us awake until about 3am...

This is the late night pub in Cooma that operates a nightclub between 10pm and 2am. The dance music can be heard clearly in your room preventing sleep - not ideal for a night before skiing. The room and bathroom was great for the price just the music and not being told about it whilst booking was not ideal.
Price point was good and to be expected for condition.
The open Fireplace in games room was not lit as was promised and it let the kids down as they are not allowed in the other area that had the open fireplace
Wasn’t in their system upon arrival
Room didn’t have a tv ( which they put a small one in after I requested.
Room & building old and unkept.
Stair light not working so had to use torch on phone.
Room was old and rough didn’t even have wardrobe doors! Bedside table was an old office file drawer.
Room wasn’t clean. Still had last persons rubbish in bin!
No fridge
Beer in hotel ( taps hadn’t been cleaned so was fruity).
Food was average.
After retiring for the evening found no towels in the room.
Front door key wouldn’t work.
In the morning found last 2 or 3 people in rooms soap still in shower!
I would say this should be a $40 room. What a rip off.
We booked two rooms that were supposed to have two beds on each room. When we arrived, there was only one bed in each room. We showed staff our booking and they advised they would contact the Manager. At 10pm nothing had been done. Wouldnt ever stay there again

Disappointed with this booking. We had booked for a Double or Twin room but given a basic room with 2beds.. we arrived pretty much late and didn't had chance to argue.
The power was getting tripped every 10-15 minutes.
The room was just having Beds (old bed and mattress) My 6 year old daughter said this looks like 100 year old property, and this is the worst hotel we stayed.

You can hear the sounds of the poker machines from downstairs in the room until 10.00pm then the night club music starts until 2.00am. Unless you are desperate for accommodation stay away on a Saturday night. Budget price for a budget room

Exactly what we expected for a country pub - lovely people and simple but clean rooms. The place was in the process of being updated, so can only improve!

Clean and comfortable room, Friendly and helpful staff, music and patrons in the pub downstairs can be loud on weekend.
Hotel is old and in process of renovations but considering
this, the room was comfortable and clean. Reasonably priced.

We didn't know this place is a club Fridays and Saturdays, 10pm til late. We slept pretty early Saturday night as we were pretty tired from our day at the snows. We woke up (not sure of time) to the sound of awful club music. We were pretty tired so we blocked out most of the club music and just slept through it. I wouldn't recommend staying here during this time unless you're going to join the party.
We stayed in Room 3, Ensuite. The room and bathroom were pretty clean. One of the windows was broken and it was open, good thing there's a fan heater in the room. Overall, it's good for what it is.
I stayed on a Friday night on the way to the snow, if you want to party then this place may be ok, if you want to sleep before 2am go somewhere else as the noise from the pub downstairs is extreme. The room was ok but they had to get a heater for it as no heater, there is no tea making facility, the bed is ok pillows are cheap.
I will never stay here again
