Very quiet with friendly staff. lots of off-street parking NO WIFI Room clean but very dated and compact. Outside building and grounds very rundown. Weeds everywhere. Outside furniture very dirty. Gardener and handyman needed

Good comfy bed and clean room at the right price. Only issues I found was the tiny old school tv with set top box and the lack of lighting out side of a night time. If the tv’s were upgraded and the lights turned on outside this would be a great stay. Overall still very happy with my stay

Comfy and warm

Really warm. Comfy beds elect blanket was awesome. Affordable for family comfort. We were happy all round.

A room for the night

When we arrived at 6pm, the room was freezing cold. It took awhile to warm up and we had to use a towel to stop the cold air coming in from the outside door and shut the bathroom door. Unfortunately we could not work out how to stop the air con running on full air flow. This was quite noisy all night. In the double bed, only one of the electric blankets worked. The kids beds did not have electric blankets, so it would be worth opening up the bedding before sleeping so it could warm up once the room is warm. It was basic and clean and would be better during late spring or early autumn when there are less extremes of temperature and you didn't have to rely on the air con.
