"I wanted to share my concern about an issue that happened during my stay at Miccosukee Casino & Resort. The front desk clerk informed me that I could extend my checkout by one hour so I could prepare for my trip to the airport. However, shortly after, a housekeeping attendant came to the room and told me I had to leave immediately because the extension was not on her sheet. Her attitude was very rude and unprofessional, and the interaction left me extremely disappointed. I also feel that, as a paying guest, I deserved to be treated with courtesy and respect. I paid for my stay, and I expected service that reflects the standards of your resort. This situation caused unnecessary stress, and I hope it will be addressed so future guests don’t experience the same issue."

"Well its a hotel that people come with luggage and its not easy to walk with luggage it need to be smooth and the thresholds need to be wherl friendly"

"The facility in itself is older, but asides from that we enjoyed out week at the hotel. Staff was kind, and the rental car onsite with Jimmy was great too. "

"There was a vast amount of construction around the hotel, there were roadblocks, a lot of u-turns to get into the property. The name of the hotel was not Best Western, it was Premier, which threw up off for locating even after getting through the roadblocks. If a customer standing outside did not tell us that this was Best Western, we would not have known."

"The carpet is old with allot of stains. The bathroom has allot of sealer on it. It needs to be remodeled. "

"We were disappointed that there was no food at the hotel and the nearest restaurant was 15 mins drive away. We did not have a car, so this made it very difficult for us. "

"The hotel was dirty. The bathroom had mildew or mold all over the floor. The shower handle was broken off so not sure we could have taken a shower if we wanted to. There was no blanket on the bed—just a top sheet. But given the cleanliness, that was probably a good thing. The wall AC unit woke us up everyone it turned on. We waited for over an hour for the airport shuttle. All in all it gave us a place to sleep for the night, but if it hadn’t been so late we would have left and stayed elsewhere. "
