"Staff at the front desk and concierge were very friendly! We booked a king lagoon view and were given a suite!!! We were so surprised and excited. Was a great way to start off our vacation! We appreciated the free airport shuttle as well as the cruise shuttle we purchased. The only drawback was that there was a dirty washcloth on the floor when we first entered our room. Other than that our stay was great! "

"Honestly, everything was good. The place was clean. I like that. They had a fridge and a microwave inside the room and the room was spacious. My only concern is that they don’t have any food on site so you have to go out to get food and be. They said they had shuttle buses at the airport. I waited for over an hour no shuttle bus came and it’s very strange because the hotel is about four or five minute drive from the airport. Otherwise, I still get five stars because overall the trip was good. The only problem is the shuttle bus and they do have a free breakfast and the breakfast was not bad. It was pretty good too."
