My stay at Miramar by Windsor Copacabana was outstanding. The staff was professional, friendly, and welcoming, which made the whole experience feel warm and personal. The restaurant was a highlight of my trip — breakfast was absolutely delicious and the perfect way to start the day, and dinner in the evening was just as memorable, both for the food and the atmosphere. Truly a beautiful hotel with excellent service.

It was special to wake-up and to go to bed with such spectacular view. The apartment is well maintained and equipped. This apartment is a little gem, located in the heart of the famous Copacabana beach. Highly recommend it!

Don't look elsewhere for low profile 5 star! All the staff wears converse, come to breakfast in bikini and get 5 star service if you like! Best place to stay in Rio! Breakfast was perfect and the rooftop view was outstanding. Via the concierge, we booked a tour to see Christ the Redeemer and Sugarloaf and it was well worth every Rial!

Todo excelente. Personal muy amable. Si bien el AC al parecer no se podia regular bien, afortunadamente no fue necesario (puede haber sido problema de usuario). Y el sauna estaba malo, pero daban la facilidad de ocupar el de otros hoteles colindantes de la cadena.

The staff was great. The breakfast was very good and servers very nice and attentive, especially Sergio. Marcela at the front desk was exceptionally helpful. Very nice view from pool and deck above. Standard rooms are quite small.

My wife and I recently spent 5 nights at the Fairmont Copacabana in Rio de Janeiro, and we enjoyed our stay. We were warmly welcomed upon arrival by the bellmen Rogerio, Jose Carlos, and Mauricio. In front of beach, great place!!!

My son and I spent 22 days here enjoying all the football, foot volley, Açaí, Roxy, Marcacana tour, Copacabana and Ipanema Beaches, Christ the Redeemer, Urca Mountain, Sugarloaf, Lapa Steps, Roxy, Brazilian culture and more! The hospitality and helpfulness of the desk speaking Spanish, English, and Portuguese was awesome. Housekeeping kept our stay clean! Thank you for sharing your country!

The ac didn’t work well, so it got stuffy a few times in the middle of the night. The staff is friendly and helpful, the hotel is very clean and well kept. Great restaurants and shops at walking distance; not to mention the beautiful Copacabana Beach. I would stay at this hotel again. And Mr. Altino (I think that’s his name), the very nice gentleman who works at the front door in the afternoons is the best!

Tive uma excelente estadia nesta hospedagem. O quarto estava impecável, muito limpo e organizado, o que proporcionou bastante conforto.
