Convenient location for exploring Copenhagen, beautiful property, and very nice rooms/apartments. Breakfasts are ala carte and very reasonable and tasty. Great way to start the day with fresh coffee too. Excellent service and staff!

Exceedingly charming in a perfect location. We had a basement room with a little street noise in the day but plenty quiet at night. There were activities planned almost every day such as swimming in the canal for those that desired it. A perfect place to get a real feel for Copenhagen.

We loved our 4 day stay at this quaint and quirky hotel. Danish charm surrounds you in the dining area, the bar, the common spaces and in the individually decorated rooms. The location was quiet, but close enough to restaurants and bars to still feel like you're in the city.

Amazing location and a wonderful property. Everything was neat, clean, and very well maintained. The housekeeping was excellent, and the staff were warm, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay. Overall, everything about the experience was really good.

MAKE SURE they do not put you in a room where the windows are next to the street. The windows and walls feel paper thin and sleeping is impossible. The hotel is well located, the staff is great and the breakfast is also great. But their street adjacent rooms are terrible. If you keep this in mind you will enjoy your experience there.

Ended up here after a cancelled flight. Lilla got me checked in early, offered me a coffee and was just wonderfully kind. Exactly what you need when the day's gone completely wrong. The hotel itself is a gem. Amazing canal views, a very comfortable bed, and a great location near the metro but walkable to pretty much everything. It never seems to make the 'best of Copenhagen' lists, which it totally deserves to be in. Hope to be back, next time under calmer circumstances!

This was one of the best places we’ve stayed while traveling. The location is great and the kanulhuset is a beautiful place that captures the hygge mindset of Denmark. The bar, community dinners and nice amenities add to the wonderful experience. I highly recommend.
