"The hotel was nice enough, however our room was very hot with no way to cool it. It was located in an area that made us feel like we were in a closet that was made into a room. It was not inviting, welcoming g or comfortable. The staff were friendly and we used the laundry facility so that was nice. ..."

"Convenient mix between a hotel and apartment. Great to have a kitchenette and shared laundry facilities, especially in a city as expensive as Copenhagen. Only issue was that some of the common areas could be a little cleaner - some areas were a bit dirty and stayed at the same level of dirtiness ..."
