"Love how safe it is to enter the property. Was surprised that there were so many stairs to our apartment.. overall good place to stay, clean and comfortable"

"I really enjoyed my stay, my room was clean, comfortable and felt like luxury away from home. Especially in comparison to other staying at alternative hotels that didn’t have air conditioning or an iron, I had everything I needed. I would definitely stay here again."
"Haven't stayed in a hostel in a while, private room with 4 pods was very tight and we used one bed for luggage. Staff were amazing! Fun accessible and happy to offer suggestions, amenities were amazing including the rooftop patio! 3 adults all agreed we would definitely stay again! Thanks next house!"
"Hotel was very clean and a decent size for the 4 of us to fit in it. Breakfast was good but I'd recommend staying away from the restaurant which we felt was poor. Great location less than a 10 minute walk to Tivoli, the metro, or train station."
"Review of a solo woman traveler:
The best things about this hotel:
The location is great, it’s a quick walk to a lot of the main attracting areas such as Nyhavn.
The hotel is very clean, no complaints there at all.
The restaurant looked very nice, I did not eat there myself, but it was packed for breakfast every morning, and it looked and smelled good.
Check-in was fast and easy and self-service.
Because of the self check in, I didn’t really interact with any staff so I can’t comment on that.
All of the elevators were very fast!
Things I did not love:
There is no room phone where you can call to the front desk.
There was a little walkway area to the side of the hotel, where teenagers would congregate every evening and play really loud music and smoke various things. One night there was also a man there who appeared to be intoxicated and was by himself, but ranting loudly. This bothered me because it made me feel less safe, and the walkway was directly to a little market just behind the hotel which I liked to frequent. But I was nervous, walking back to the hotel."
