Lovely hotel directly in the canal district. Room was small and somewhat basic, but likely that is the norm for that area. Lobby, facilities, and staff were great! And being right in the middle of Nyhavn was dreamy.

This a GREAT hotel. The location a perfect and the entire staff is terrific. They will help you with anything. We stayed in a Superior Double with a Canal View and it was superb. The room was large and the views were exceptional. I would highly recommend this hotel but you better book early, especially if the high season.

We arrived a little early and our room was ready so they let us check in. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room overlooked the canal which was a really nice view. The bed was very comfortable and the room was a nice size with a couch and chair. The bathroom was also nice and we enjoyed the 24 hour coffee in the lobby. The continental breakfast was really tasty with a variety of foods and everything was fresh. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would definitely go back again.
