Very friendly, attentive staff, modern facilities and great breakfast options. The hotel is in a convenient location just a couple of minutes from the metro station and a few stops from all major attractions. Plenty of nearby bars/restaurants as well. Read some poor reviews about the lack of air conditioning/climate control and stuffiness in the rooms but our family room was absolutely fine. Would definitely stay again

Amazing stay!

The hotel offers an extensive buffet breakfast with many options. Lovely decor based on a theatre theme with cosy seating areas and bar. Staff were very attentive and helpful. The hotel is located in a central area with many fine restaurants, cafes and an award winning shopping mall. Metro is just a few steps away. We would definitely stay here again when we visit Copenhagen!

Overall nice hotel. Nice and friendly staff in reception. Rooms were clean and nice size. Lacking kettle to make tea. Bathroom not great . It was very small and had a small bathtub which was difficult to get in and out of. Not good for elderly or other people with difficulties moving easily.

Good location, great breakfast, dusty room

Good location - near M1, M2 and M3 in Fredericksburg. The beds were a bit worn; they sunk in the middle. Several dusty throw pillows in the room and generally a lot of dust - exacerbated my daughter's asthma. Breakfast was very good. All staff, save the first one with whom I interacted, were friendly and very helpful.

A really good hotel

Easy to find from the metro system and it was like walking into a film set, which was unexpected. Prompt and efficient reception who allowed us to store bags until our room was ready. Breakfast was good and staff were polite and friendly. Kids bed wasn’t made up for arrival, but quickly resolved by housekeeping. Bar service took a little while

Hot with no air conditioning

This hotel had a beautiful view of Copenhagen (level 8) and a good breakfast. But the air conditioning did not work so didn’t sleep well unfortunately. This was during a hot weekend in July.

Lovely hotel and facilities in a great location. Being from Australia we relied on the use of wifi connections and did not have mobile phone roaming on daily so we were unable to contact the front desk with inquiries or assistance, so every time I needed assistance I had to walk downstairs to reception which was inconvenient. They could do with in room phones.

Long weekend in Copenhagen

A positive experience, and a big thank you to the people at the reception desk - had many questions during my visit and they really took the time to make sure that I got the answers I was looking for. Nice room, big, comfy and fresh. Located on a great area, easy to go everywhere by walking, biking (rented one of Scandic's bikes), or simply by Metro just around the corner. Breakfast - as many hotels big variation, but I especially enjoyed the bacon cut in so small pieces that was well prepared! All positive, I plan to go back to Copenhagen and will most definitely stay here!
