Stayed at Scandic Falkoner for 3 nights with my teenage daughter. Great location, service and facilities at a good price, with great breakfast options.

The cleaning around the hotel was not up to a high standard. It is an eco hotel. So you have to request cleaning, which is fine, but the floor wasn’t vacuumed either in the room or the hallways, which made it feel a little neglected. Overall a good stay and very convenient for the metro.

Good location, great breakfast, dusty room

Good location - near M1, M2 and M3 in Fredericksburg. The beds were a bit worn; they sunk in the middle. Several dusty throw pillows in the room and generally a lot of dust - exacerbated my daughter's asthma. Breakfast was very good. All staff, save the first one with whom I interacted, were friendly and very helpful.

Lovely hotel and facilities in a great location. Being from Australia we relied on the use of wifi connections and did not have mobile phone roaming on daily so we were unable to contact the front desk with inquiries or assistance, so every time I needed assistance I had to walk downstairs to reception which was inconvenient. They could do with in room phones.

This hotel was wonderful. Breakfast had lots of options, and was delicious. Parking was clean, well lit, secure, and easy. They also have a luggage room in case you arrive early, or need to store your bags while you go for the day after checking out. The staff was helpful, friendly, and welcoming. The area is close to shopping, restaurants, and a 7-11 right next door in case you need snacks. The Metro station is also a few steps away to access anywhere else in the city.

Very nice

It is a nice hotel. Even though it is outside the downtown the metro takes you around in notime and is just outside the hotel. Fredriksberg is also nice with a lot of nice café´s, bars and restaurants.

Great visit!

Great for a trip with friends! We were 3 people in room and we were very comfortable. The atmosphere in the hotel lobby was great! We were impressed by the decorations and wish we had been able to enjoy the bar, but our schedule was too packed. The breakfast buffet was varied and delicious and well organized. It was busy since we were there over the weekend, but we were able to find a space to eat both days. The hotel is right next to a metro, so it's super easy to get around the city and the metro goes straight to the airport.

Excellent staff. I was reacting to the room spray they used and they moved me to a different room without carpet and with a window that opens. Excellent full breakfast with many options. Love the ginger shots and the beautiful seed breads. Petit croissants and pastries were very tasty.

The breakfast was awesome. Everything was clean and the location was very convenient. There was a McDonald’s right across the street that was open 24 hrs and a 7-11 next door. The Zoo, Metro, Shopping Center were all nearby. Would definitely stay there again and would recommend to family and friends. One of the Red bus tours goes right past the hotel and their bus stops are nearby too.

The hotel was very large and in general everything was good so far. Unfortunately, we had to change rooms twice. The first time the air conditioning was set too cold and could not be regulated, the second time the volume in the room (side to the lanes) was really disturbing. Due to the fast and spontaneous moves, I forgot unfortunately 4 things in the 2nd. room that were not found by the housekeeping (a charging cable with plug for my mobile phone, my shirt and pants for sleeping, as well as a ladies's razor in the shower). Despite multiple inquiries, the things were exchanged, which unfortunately does not speak for the staff. Unfortunately, this spoiled the stay a bit. The breakfast was very tasty and rich and the staff at the reception were always very friendly. The location is great for exploring the beautiful city of Copenhagen by train, bike or on foot.
