We think the staff, the property, breakfast, location and everything was great. The only reason we rated the property a 4 was the WIFI service was horrible. In this day and age this should be the least of one’s expectations of a property. It continually dropped and took minutes to come back online. And at night when you’re in your room after walking 5 - 8 miles exploring this beautiful city reviewing your next day’s itinerary or sending the day’s pictures to family and friends the last thing you want is to be continually dropped. Just very frustrating.

The only problem was the confusing light switches in the room. We've never seen anything like it in a hotel before. When we turned off the lights all of the electrical outlets turned off as well! The very nice gentlemen (sorry don't remember his name) came up from the front desk to help and he couldn't figure it out either for a long time. He finally did and we got our outlets back on. After that no more problems. The breakfast was excellent.

The location is excellent - right by Tivoli and only steps away from Stroget. The room is comfortable and clean and only lacks a kettle for making tea and coffee. Breakfast is a nice buffet but I would prefer to see danish bacon in slices rather than minced. Staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful.

Bathroom in our room was awful. Very small sink, always water falling on the floor. Hand held shower had no where to set, was weird set up with shower. Staff very helpful. Room would not lock and staff came to fix it immediately

The position is excellent for all sights shops restaurants etc. The room was adequate - could have done with some English channels on the TV. Would definitely stay again next time I'm in Copenhagen
