"Location great. Kind staff. Quiet neighborhood. My bed was a bit hard, is prob my only discontent. Other than that, it was diff from my usual hotel stays. Theres no AC. Wifi kept going out. Glad I speak Spanish, so I was ok watching their regular tv channels. Oh, check in is 4pm, not 3pm. "

"Communication with the host was flawless and prompt. Cleaning staff was exceptional and the room and space was very clean. I appreciated the access to filtered water and fruit! There was some construction occurring to the outside of the building one afternoon and letting the guests know beforehand would have been helpful as the noise was dreadful and we would have planned our day differently "

"The guesthouse and host Fernando were so welcoming and the property is in a gorgeous setting with terraces, bird activity, and restful quiet. Breakfast was delicious and Mexican-inspired. Very conveniently located in quiet, interesting Coyoacan and near the Frida Kahlo museum. We will be back! "
