"Uliv was the perfect place to stay in Mexico City - clean, spacious and great for families. There are no frills but it was everything we needed."

"Great location and a huge hotel with a lot of guests. The Staff seemed very overwhelmed. We had to change the room because there was a convention going on right next door and it took them over 30 minutes to changed the room. The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was fantastic. Highly recommend it.If you are looking for a cosy friendly hotel. This might not be it. "

"First impressions were great. We had two rooms, for a 5 night stay. In that time, both rooms had to have maintenance called twice, due to blocked toilets. The sink didn’t drain properly either. Staff were lovely and the location was very good for exploring México City. Pool area was pleasant. Hot tub was boiling hot on one day. Good job that afternoons were always cloudy, as there were only five sun loungers in total."
