"I loved the hotel. It was an amazing experience. What I did not enjoy was the fact that room service staff came in while we were out. I had the do not disturb sign on so I didn’t get why they would go in. Also they went in but did not refill the toilet paper basically they only went in to make the bed. Other than that it was an amazing hotel the views were spectacular. Reception area staff and bellmen had an amazing attitude and were extremely helpful."

"My reservation was wrong and then staff couldn’t do anything since I purchased through Expedia. However Expedia did an amazing job at fixing the issue and got my refund. Property is okay, could use a Reno, specially in the rooms where there isn’t a fridge and furniture looks old. Beds were comfy and view nice since we oversaw the planes landing which the kids enjoyed and wasn’t loud. Note food there is extremely expensive for what you get, But it is walking distance to the inside of the airport and you have access to a lot of options in there. I enjoyed the location since we had an early flight the next day and didn’t want to drive. We walked to the gate from the hotel no problem via covered bridge. All very secure. I would not recommend however walking outside or the building in the streets since that area is very sketchy the moment you leave hotels or airport."

"Such a beautiful hotel! Always so clean, the staff is so nice, the coffee shop and tiendita downstairs is a plus. The hotel itself is so cute and the rooms are so nice. Will definitely be staying here again when i go back to CDMX. Muchas Gracias Casa Olea!"

"Hot tub is only set up upon request. And they want a tip to set it up.... Did not expect that after exciting it to be included in the cost and accessible when the mod and weather allowed.... Otherwise a very nice, very safe feeling location. Staff was very helpful."
