"This was the perfect location for many adventures in the Keweenaw. It was the perfect size for our family and had everything we needed. The house was clean and very functional for us. We loved that there was a river right in the back yard. We explored multiple times. We fell in love with the cat that greeted us every day. Can't wait to come back and visit another time."

"Great beachfront getaway! We loved the location in the center of the coast, It was a good place to travel to waterfalls, lighthouses, beaches, and some off-roading. The house is clean and comfortable. The four seasons room is great and the beach is amazing! The wildfire smoke kept us from having our own fire and we got home late from our day trip excursions."

"We loved our time in the UP! So grateful for this space for our family to enjoy the area. We loved the easy access to swim in the lake just by walking down the driveway. The privacy of the space and the overall feel of the house was just what we needed. Our group of 8 (4 adults with 4 kids) was able to use this rental to the full. Rooms were so comfortable and adequate, home was home-y—you can tell the space is theirs when they don’t have it rented out! Thank you, Carla and fam, for sharing your home away from home with us!"

"It simply does not get more romantic or luxurious than the eagle river lighthouse. Virginia Cole is more than reliable, she is proactive, making sure that every little thing is right with your stay from the minute you decide to book until the morning you must sadly check out. You may have some sticker shock but you get what you pay for and more at the Eagle River lighthouse."
