"We were looking for a place to stay for the weekend trip to Colorado Bend. This cabin/ranch absolutely exceeded our expectations! Chanda was welcoming and kind and the cabin was cozy and had all the details well thought out (coffee pods, water bottles, pots and pans). We really enjoyed the hot tub and wandering around the ranch saying hi to the ducks and chickens. This was such a good location and Chanda was the most gracious host!"

"Absolutely loved! Perfect get away for your family huge acres fenced in, dogs are aloud. My favorite part was the girl on the porch. The kids loved roasting marsh-mellows and just enjoying the good out doors with out any wifi in site. Highly recommend!! Billy the kids grave is 20 mins away in Hamilton, TX! We will be back especially at open raffle season , book for stay while your in town hunting! "

"This house is on a large ranch, and if you are looking to get away from the city, this place fits the bill. Lots of deer and cows and wide open space. No WiFi, but AT&T cell service was good enough to stream video. Master plus two other sleep rooms, we split between the boys and the girls. Front porch is good area to watch the deer. House is well equipped with all the "stuff" you need to cook. There is an HEB in town, with lots of outdoor activities including Colorado Bend and Inks Lake State...
