"lovely, quirky hotel. had everything we needed. staff were friendly and room was large and clean. upgraded to £10 to get a bigger bed which was worth it. Breakfast was everything you’d expect from a buffet style. Room where we ate was a bit draft due to it being open plan but it wasn’t really an issue"

"Second time I have stayed in this hotel. It’s situated next door to Liverpool Lime Street station, roughly a two minute walk, and Liverpool One is a five minute walk away. The staff on the reception couldn’t be any more helpful. The rooms are spotless. We will definitely be staying here again. "

"Clean room, friendly staff, delicious breakfast with many options. We also loved the Santa tray - this was our first time doing Christmas away and my kids were a little sad at not doing the traditional things, but that tray (and the chocolate treat left by Santa) was so cute and much appreciated. I also really appreciated the water we got at checkout - that was so kind (and also much appreciated!)"
