"The hotel experience was great. The staff went out of their way to make me comfortable and informed of all options and amenities. I happened to arrive early, and the staff said my room was ready and I was and to go in without a problem. The room and bathroom were exceptionally and perfectly clean. Everything was perfect, would definitely stay at again."

"The room was dirty, meaning the linen (towels, hot tub, water in the hot tub at hottest point was lukewarm and there was mold around the air conditioner. Furthermore, they didnt disinfect the hot tub because after attempting to get into it i have developed an allergic reaction..... "

"This is a beautiful property, its designed classically elegant. The girls at the desk were personable and knowledgable, they sighed me up to safe a few dollars, which is always appreciated. Everything was so clean. There is a Starbucks on premise. Our room was beautiful the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom...well I would like that in my home."
