"Fantastic location. Even tho the hotel had renos going on the guests were not disturbed. The staff are fantastic. Very knowledgeable and accommodating. Room was spacious and clean. Great lobby and sitting area. Close to great restaurants and bars and Miracle Mile as well as the airport. Definitely my go to hotel from now on!!!"

"The morning staffing was great, I had a minor issue and it was corrected immediately. The hotel was very close to the airport and a reasonable distance to the Port for my cruise ship. Good place to stay at a reasonable price. Local food and restaurants nearby for quick eats and their is a nice kinda upscale restaurant and party area not far away.(Within walking distance) There's a 24 hour laundry mat also in reasonable walking distance as well.i met a few nice people staying there and it's also pet friendly. The check in staff could be a little better but I do believe the miscommunication was due to a language barrier issue and the newer staffing operations but all in all nice place to stay will do again when I fly into Miami...."
