We had a lovely stay with the Eseme. Front desk staff was kind and helpful, answering any questions we had and attending to our specific needs. The room was comfortable and well appointed. The location in South Beach was great. Right in the middle of everything, we were able to bike or walk everywhere we went, but not loud and too touristy. The property itself was very inviting.

The room was clean but quite small, even though we upgraded to a Superior King. The bed was comfortable and the amenities seemed good. Unfortunately we didn’t have the opportunity to take advantage of them. Two blocks from the beach and in the middle of lots of South Beach restaurants and bars.

The hotel has a great location, stylish interior, and very good amenities. We especially enjoyed the pool, the free bicycle rental, and the beach loungers. Cleanliness was absolutely fine as well. Unfortunately, the rooms are very small by American standards, quite dark, and the lighting was not ideal. The rooms were also rather noisy. The hotel staff was mostly helpful and friendly. However, at check-in we had to wait for our room even though it was already 5:00 p.m., and the staff member did not provide much information about the hotel’s amenities. Overall, it was a pleasant and successful stay.
