"For the price this is a pretty good hotel. Minimal choices for food at hotel or in area. Only thing I didn’t like was.I had an outfacing room and the traffic noise at night was very loud. Not much soundproofing in room. Recommend an interior facing rooom. Shuttle service to cruise port was great but had to cad it to hotel as airport schutte only goes to 11 pm. But for a night before cruise it’s a good choice."

"The rooms were filthy. Dirty carpet. The bottom of the curtains had burn marks and there were burn marks on the carpet. A cockroach scattered across the bathroom floor when we arrived. One clerk was abrupt and seemed bothered by our presence at check-in. The lighting in the restaurant was almost non-existent - we had to use our phone flashlight to read the menu. One of the two washing machines was out of service in the laundry room and the staff was unhelpful when we needed change to use the machines. We arrived ahead of the check-in time and the front desk staff said she would contact us when our room was ready. We never heard from her and had to approach the desk twice to ask about our room."

"Extreme odor of cigarette in the room. No possibly to switch room. Our family with astma had to pass that all night in that cigarette room. Our clothes where smelling cigarette the next day. Staff was kind, breakfast good."

"Great property, ocean view. The only downside is there are not elevatora that work so this would not be good for elderly or disabled people. All bathrooma appear to be on the second floor. Pill out sofa was comfy with a divider. Restaurant was good for breakfast."
