Excellent customer service (fast check-in & check-out experience), clean room, good location on Main Street in Miami Lakes nestled in a safe residential community with walking distance to shops and restaurants and has nice grounds and landscaping.

We had an issue with uncomfortable mattress. They IMMEDIATELY brought in a new one!! People wonderful, great value for this!! We've stayed at May-Dee Suites many time and wonderful each time.

I will stay here again. This was the best hotel experience i have had in a long time. They thought of many things to make the stay better. I was impressed that Abraham, the shuttle driver gave us a map of surrounding places to eat and shop near the hotel and also gave us menus for deluvery since we were hungry. They were very attentive during breakfast and kept the area very clean. The hotel was very clean and updated.

I have stayed here before for business. Great property, friendly and helpful staff. Will stay again.

I would definitely visit here again!!!! The staff was friendly the free breakfast wasn't a continental breakfast they even had a section that made omelets to your specification. The texting service was a great feature I was able to text to see if they had transportation to the cruise port for Virgin which they did for $12 per person. Funny story I can laugh at now😩. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the room. Loved that there’s a mini fridge and microwave in the room. Also enjoyed the no pet policy as well. Very smooth check in process, will definitely be booking again.

Special place, I will definitely come back here again, nice location, posh environment, service is great, a group of professionals who pride themselves in offering the best. Beds are super comfortable, lovely spacious rooms. Breakfast service is better than lots of restaurants. A really elegant hotel. Some other hotels in the area may do well to follow their example-just saying...also really accessible to many places, within walking distance. Top spot and a new favourite!!!

Food excellent

Stayed for one night before leaving for cruise. Convenient shuttle service from airport and to the cruise port. Clean, nice staff, mini market (seemed like it was stocked for cruisers 👍), comfortable bed, and decent free breakfast.
