"Good"

"To start off the website was a bit misleading. It stated hot breakfast thats why I chose this place. But one we got there you had to pay an extra $12. Many people stay here before going on a cruise. So to come to this property and not have an elevator is not good. It was several elderly people upset about this and we all shared the concern. Luckily my mom was able to get a room downstairs. I would not recommend this property. Especially for someone who is disabled. No one to help you get your luggage to the second floor "

"No tiene valet parking y el parqueo te cuesta 45 dólares por noche. Para ir a la playa tienes que buscar las toallas en la oficina y después ir a dejarlas. No tiene room services para comida, no te ayudan con las maletas. Nuestra habitación decía que era para 4 personas no había ropa de cama tuvimos que ir a la oficina a pedir. Si quieres que te limpien la habitación tienes que llamar 25 antes . En otros resorts te ponen todo a tu alcance para que el visitante no se complique."

"Rooms are a little run down and had a little smell, def could use an update!"

"One of the things I liked about this room was that it was clean and large enough for our bags. The faucet was however broke and dripped water all night (we got in late and didn't realize the issue couldn't immediately be fixed) and the air conditioner was super loud. People were loud in the hallways. There are plenty of hotels closer to the airport that were affordable and would be cheaper with an Uber so I definitely would not do this place again. It needs to be updated and doesn't offer much."
