Did not offer anything as a solution! Husband asked for a mop and extra towels, never received either! The pictures look good , don't let that fool you! No control on air conditioner- it was on full blast or I had to turn it completely off. it was very loud, hard to sleep with it on! Restaurant bathrooms disgusting! The elevator had a crack in the middle of the floor and it felt like it could give way any second!I Expected alot better for this price!"
