Excellent customer service (fast check-in & check-out experience), clean room, good location on Main Street in Miami Lakes nestled in a safe residential community with walking distance to shops and restaurants and has nice grounds and landscaping.

I would definitely visit here again!!!! The staff was friendly the free breakfast wasn't a continental breakfast they even had a section that made omelets to your specification. The texting service was a great feature I was able to text to see if they had transportation to the cruise port for Virgin which they did for $12 per person. Funny story I can laugh at now😩. Prolixity to airport and local dining options were good.

Great location. Hotel has everything you need. Bar downstairs that served great tapas. Staff was friendly. Room has a kitchen, sofa and dining table. Looks like a studio apartment. Walkable to Dolphin Mall. A little minor issue whichwas that breakfast was served only until 10am, but the menu said 11am so we missed it. Overall the stay was great.

Great location for a stopover when going on or coming back from a cruise out of Port Miami. They also have a shuttle to the cruise terminal for $10 per person.

So close to the cruise port, provides transportation to the port. It’s clean, staff is friendly. I won’t stay anywhere else when I come to Miami!
