"The pool and hot tub close at sundown, which really sucks since they have an awesome jumbo TV outside in the pool to watch football. There was nasty food under the lounge chairs and the pool was past 5 feet deep most of the way so you had to constantly hang onto the side of the pool to keep from having to tread water which made it impossible to hold your drink, be in the water and watch the football game. Again, you had to hang onto the side of the pool and stare at nasty food under the chairs the whole time. The plugs in our room didnt work for USB. We were 4615 1 bedroom suite. There was no full-length mirrors in the suite. Neither the light nor fan worked in the kitchen. They gave us a wheelchair accessable room, which leaked water outside of the shower since it had no lip to keep the water in the shower. The toilet paper holder was hanging off and dropping the toilet paper roll. The bathroom fan was rattling like crazy. The room just looked like a crap hurry up and get it done job. Cracks in the tile, Washer in the room but no dryer so we couldnt do our laundry."

"I checked in so late due to my flight being delayed 3x. Upon arrival the lady at the front desk was so kind. Then, the bartender was pretty cool. I did not have breakfast, but the latte was yummy. The room was clean, small, but super cute and colorful. I love that you control most of everything with an iPad. I felt like I was in living in the times of the movie "The Fifth Element" lol. It was a great stay."

"The property and ambience were beautiful, however, there was construction going on for the majority of my stay and most of the pools and nice areas were closed. If you are paying for the luxury, you should be able to use it. My only disappointment is having to see all the beautiful things I couldn’t use."

"Overall a Great hotel to stay. Warm and friendly staff. Hotel, rooms, pool area and beach was clean and helpful staff. Lots of restaurants and amenities within a 5 - 10 minute walk from the hotel. My one and only complaint was that if you went to the beach, Chairs and towels were included in the daily resort fee but the umbrella was not. They charged an extra 35 a day for it. That being said, I would definitely stay again"
