"I booked this place based on other positive reviews. The location is great cause it’s right next to all the restaurants on Main Street and Publix is across the street. Unfortunately the property itself fails on many levels. I travel a lot and a lot of things have to go wrong for me to submit a poor review here! Definitely need to remove the words “grand” and “luxury” from its name. Poor check-in and check-out experiences, poor customer service, broken elevator, dirty and smelly room, banged...
