We had a great getaway stay at The Colonnade. The room was beautifully decorated. I appreciated the non-carpet room with wood floors. I stayed many years ago and they have definitely made several changes to modernize it. Breakfast buffet was good. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly.

Everyone was so accommodating, friendly and helpful, we were able to check in early. Our room was very clean & comfortable. Our flight was canceled & when I went to the front desk to add another night, the person was not very helpful & told me I had to do it on line -she could not be bothered to help, in the morning it was a different story -very helpful!!!

the hotel was great except for one thing (trivial) there were no bedside charging ports.. the setup was there for it, but the actual plugs were not. there was even an alarm clock with usb charging slots that had 0 power and so did not work as well. i say this is trivial because there were a lot of wall plugs by the chair and on the desk had a multi charging station with both plugs and usb ports. its just that i prefer the ability to have my phone by the bedside. everything else was grear. the room was clean and very comfortable, and the staff were very helpful and friendly.
