Rooms where dated but clean. With the AC on the room was still pretty hot granted I was on the 5th floor and the temperature outside was 100 plus in (Florida). What i ultimately didnt like was the smell in the hotel. Cant really describe it but it didnt smell good and messed with everyones allergies.

It’s an old(er) hotel. It’s always clean. The shower pressure is not great. The water doesn’t get hot? Coral Springs is an early to bed kinda town.

My door to the room didn't close right kept waking up baby next door felt terrible and door to patio had big gap letting AC out had to get towels and shove it in to keep the little bit I had in. AC didn't work properly kept stating that it was set to 65 but would not cool down past 75 thought I did something wrong first night but the second night was the same thing it was already time to check out luckily I had a small fan that I kept by my bed. Also patio had no furniture to sit and enjoy the view. AC constantly dripping water all over patio as well. Elevator was little scary one elevator in particular doors are messed up. Staff is so nice. Breakfast was ok I dont eat sausage but do eat bacon wish they had some and maybe some muffins but other then that it was great 👍 hotel could use some upgrades.

It’s an old(er) hotel. They do a good job of keeping it clean. The shower(water pressure) leaves a little to be desired, but it’s fine. Linens, carpet, etc are clean with no noticeable smells! Lack of receptacles is evidence of the age of the property. Staff is less than friendly, but capable. No legit convenience stores real close but Publix is 1.5 miles, a selection of restaurants in that same distance. Coral Springs is sleepy. Most activity ends around 8pm….
