"I checked in at 10pm, the front desk had the security gate closed. Fortunately, the lady who had just clocked out did help me out. When I entered the hallway to go to my room, I was hit with a terrible odor- smelled that way the whole trip. My room did not smell, thankfully. The bed was made up nice, but the room itself wasn’t very clean. The walls had visible dust bunnies all over, the floors were sticky so I wore my shoes at all times aside from sleeping. The party noises from neighboring rooms was constant- unfortunately there was no one to ask to ask these guests to quiet down at 3am. There were no amenities. I literally had a small bar of soap, 2 washcloths and two towels, none smelling fresh. There were not any kitchen ware to use….. makes it difficult to utilize a kitchen when you can’t cook. I will not be staying here again nor will I recommend anyone else to. All in all"

"Super disappointed in this rental. The pictures make it look much nicer than it is. There were no linens in any of the bathrooms. They were all shoved in the dryer when we arrived. The house was filthy. The floors turned our feet black. The blankets on the beds had not been washed. The house clearly had not had a good cleaning in a while. We had 12 people staying there and we were all on top of each other. Not spacious for big groups. definitely would not stay here again"

"We absolutely loved our stay! The place was very clean, comfortable, and felt like home the moment we walked in. When a severe winter storm forced us to change our travel dates, the host went above and beyond to accommodate us—he was incredibly helpful, understanding, and responsive throughout the entire process. That level of flexibility and kindness made a stressful situation so much easier. We can’t recommend this place enough and would 100% stay here again!"

"Unfortunately, we were sent a bad entry code and couldn’t enter the home. We messaged host (no response) and called the phone number on the front door keyless entry sticker. That company no longer managed the property and we had no other contact info. Luckily the old company was able to track down the existing one and gave us a phone number. We were finally able to enter after 20 tense minutes. The backyard has an above ground pool which was fine—we knew about it. BUT there’s something wrong with the pool and it leaked all weekend into the yard. Our dogs had extremely muddy feet every time they went outside and we had no extra towels with which to clean them. While the house is advertised for up to 12 ppl (We had 7) the kitchen was poorly stocked for our group. We had too few glasses, not enough silverware, the oven didn’t work well and the front burner only runs at the highest temp so our Christmas Eve dinner burned. The dishwasher stopped working after the first night so we had to do all the dishes by hand with only wash cloths—there were no scrubbies/sponge (We only had one kitchen towel)We had to do multiple loads of laundry due to the lack of towels (kitchen and bath) and the backyard situation however there were only 2 wash pods so we had to buy pods in addition to kitchen supplies (sponges, paper towels, Kleenex). I’ve stayed in over 15 home rentals and this was by far the worst experience we’ve ever had. Poorly stocked, back yard not acceptable for pets -BAD"

"Lack of resources such as toilet paper trash bags dish detergent etc. No batteries for the smoke detector or thermostat. And a broken baseboard when you walk in the front door"

"The property was just as described. Everything was very clean. We did have a problem with the air conditioning but within a few hours of informing management, it was fixed and working fine. Our dogs loved the yard and everyone loved being able to pick their own room. We would definitely like to rent this house again. "
