Top Corfe Castle Station Hotel Reviews

Kingston Country Courtyard
10/10 Excellent
"All staff were helpful, cheerful and made our stay very enjoyable. Beds were very comfortable"

Haven Hotel
8/10 Good
"Overall a great hotel. A bit worn in places especially pool area. Lovely hotel to take our dog to the beach was accessed through a gate from the hotel and was lovely and dog friendly. The room was very hot and quite unbearable in the hot weathers the staff got us an extra fan but it didn’t help. They need air con. The room did ruin our stay"

Hotel du Vin & Bistro Poole
10/10 Excellent
"Great room with roll top bath and balcony really made love stay. Very clean and comfortable. Great to be able to peel at the property. Staff very helpful. Lovely ambience."

The Merchant House
10/10 Excellent
"Perfect location for exploring Poole. David the host was very knowledgeable and helpful. I have never had such a lovingly prepared fantastic breakfast, a lot of time and effort going into it, even homemade sourdough bread. We will definitely stay again when visiting Poole."

Bankes Arms Hotel
8/10 Good
"Excellent location; on bus route and next to railway station. Excellent breakfast. Friendly, helpful staff. Only negative is that we had a room at the front of the hotel and the road is extremely busy throughout the day and night. If the windows are closed you do not hear the traffic but if they are open then you have little sleep. We had to keep the windows open as we stayed during the heat wave. Perhaps the hotel could provide fans during the summer months."

The Pines Hotel
8/10 Good
"Hotel is in a great location, overlooking Swanage sea front. Or room was clean and tidy and some effort had been put into refreshing the traditional decor. The shower in our bathroom was rather weak though."

Red Lion
8/10 Good
"I was worried about noise levels - it being on the site of a pub during the World Cup but was pleasantly surprised at how quiet it was. V convenient parking and location. V clean and well appointed accommodation. Our second stay here and we’ll come again."

Quayside Quarters
8/10 Good
"Lovely, quiet room with a church view in the owners’ home, and very close to restaurants, pubs, shops and the ferry terminal. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!"

Mortons Manor

"Great location for this hotel in centre of Corfe Castle with parking which is a plus as the village doesn’t have many places to park. We booked a garden room for two nights and were a little disappointed as the garden rooms are all described as spacious and within their own walled garden. The photo shown on their website does not in any way look the same as the one we had. The room we were given was very small and dark and had tiny awning windows. In the recent heat it was impossible to breathe with no air circulating due to the room overlooking a covered area and with small awning windows that hardly opened. A fan was provided but the cable was too short and there were no sockets near enough to plug the fan in front of the bed. I had paid the same as others in garden rooms but think we were short changed in size as there was only enough room to walk around the bed. We dined in the restaurant on the first night and were shown to a room (not the restaurant) and had to ask to be seated and order taken 30 minutes after our booking time! No idea why we weren’t taken to the table at time we booked. We had booked the first sitting so expected to be seated then - maybe staff should be better instructed. The food however was excellent and so was the freshly cooked breakfast. The best member of staff was the young girl on our second morning at breakfast. She looked after us and made sure we all had our breakfast ordered in good time."
