Room clean .No charging points on sockets for phones etc. Staff generally helpful and well turned out. Food: gtasty and well presented and reasonably priced BUT only scrambled eggs on the breakfast menu!!! The help yourself breakfast menu is NOT appreciated by most guests in my experience. Excellent pre-arrival communications and welcome. Charming cottage, spotlessly clean, with a dog-friendly garden. Situated right next to a bridleway with great walks and views in both directions

The Cliff House Hotel
Couldn’t wish for anything more for a one night stay. The room was clean, bed was comfortable. The young staff were efficient and friendly. The food was of a good standard. Would stay again.
