"A lovely hotel in a fabulous area, so convenient for exploring the surroundings.
We walked lots and would have loved a sauna or hot tub to return to…that would make it even more special! "
"very conveniently located near durdle door. Beautiful shore and walking trails nearby. Since the place is new, some renovation was ongoing hence quite noisy. Staff was very friendly and cooperative. Would go there again!!"

"Chef responded to a request to amend dinner to suite my wife's dietary requirements "
"Had a great stay. Friendly staff and comfortable room. Good price. Great selection of food at breakfast. Especially loved the amazing view from the garden. Very convenient for tourist spots."
"Fantastic cottage at the gateway to the Isle of Purbeck, just what we were looking for. The cottage and facilities were as described and even exceeded our high expectations. The check in via the key safe was simple and efficient and the standard of the kitchen equipment was very high indeed. Many comments in the guest book mentioned repeat visits and we can see why. The owners were very responsive to questions and nothing was too much trouble. The village pub has a good selection of beers, friendly staff and a good menu. Whilst the short walk into Wareham is easy (even for us old timers) and has a good selection of pubs, tea rooms and restaurants. We were lucky to drop on one of the Wareham Wednesday family evening with stalls, bands and fireworks, that run through August. An added bonus was the good bus service with stops just outside which gave us options to explore without the car."
Beautiful large Georgian house with a big garden. Perfect for a family or two!

"We hebben een zeer prettig verblijf gehad in Wareham. Het is een huis met charme. Als ik dan toch een minpunt zou moeten noemen dan zou het zijn dat er geen afzuigkap boven het fornuis zit."
"Excellent 2 night stay. For a grade 2 listed building the room was very clean, comfortable and quiet. The staff were very friendly and food was excellent."
"Martin welcomed us and was friendly. You could see the team work hard to maintain the showers for so many people and the tent was peaceful and dark at night aiding restful sleep. It has lovely views and so many places to visit with easy driving distance. Great stay for families "
"we stayed in birch and the place is very clean and cosy. the owners were very kind enough to provide coffee/tea and fresh milk available in the caravan as well as toilet rolls, dishwashing tablets and liquid. they also provided towels and even a bath mat (which is very rare in caravans). the cooking equipment is complete and even include a variety of glasswares for drinking alcohol and not just the usual
drinking glasses and wine glass. the place is very quiet and the hot tub jets was a lovely treat after a day’s trip. so much to do as place is perfectly situated between bournemouth and weymouth and there is also a beach just 5mins from the accommodation. it was like home away from home. it was an excellent stay and would be recommending it to friends. it’s just a shame it wasn’t that known by many. a hidden gem indeed!"
