"Beach is rather miniscule and across narrow road from hotel beach bar, but its got own sunbeds and umbrellas. Food decent, rooms very nice , in moroccan style, lots of cute cats. Reception people helpful. Wifi went down one afternoon and while it was being fixed, a reception lady (shoutout to Kleonata) let me use her mobile hotspot so i could finish my work. "I always look at reviews before staying somewhere new and can’t believe the negative comments made recently. Things like only bottled water provided on the first day it was provided every day, air conditioning not working it worked perfectly, problems with the lifts there weren’t any. Everything was perfect the food, the room and the staff. We had a great time and will definitely stay there again."

"Outstanding property, very comfy beds with feather pillows (there is a pillow menu ) Great selection of food at breakfast, you will not get bored. A beautiful property in every way.Staff are charming, everywhere is clean and well kept. The small beach is peaceful and the water is stunning. We booked this last minute and did little research only that it should be 5 star and adult only. An absolute gem of a hotel which we will return to later this year. "Die ganze Anlage ist wie ein kleines Dorf angelegt - ein schöner Marktplatz mit den Restaurants und einer Bar - wenn man abends dort sitzt fühlt es sich gar nicht wie in einem Hotel an :) alles ist wunderschön bepflanzt - es gibt einen kleinen Tierpark, einen Mega wasserpark, immer kalte Getränke und super leckeres Essen. Das Service Personal ist sehr aufmerksam und freundlich! Wir waren eine Woche da und hatten eine wunderbare Zeit als Familie!"
