"ROOM 314: The stopper in the bath tub was on outside of the tub and it was hard to get the shower to work. The thermostatic on the wall was not connected to the window unit which was confusing at first. Called the front desk for directions on getting the air conditioner to work (small issue but it worked). NOT ENOUGH TOWELS (just 2-sets; need at least 4 face towels- one for night and one for the morning)."
