View was on adjacent business with junk cars was not ideal as well - Therefore, avoid rooms on the north side of hotel. Both were extremely friendly & helpful. They calmed me down - dealing with loud kids running up & down the hall while parents socialized in the hallway drinking. At 11:30 pm. They were willing to switch our room. "
