"We were hesitant on the hotel due to mixed reviews. But we booked Anyhow. We pulled in everything was as pictured the lady at check in was very nice and helpful with directions. We waited a few min for our room she explained understaffed. Appreciate the chat while we waited. "A nice place to stay: we felt safe. Our room was nice and clean. Breakfast was a good variety. i liked the text correspondence with manager. I requested clean towels for our second night through text and was promptly answered and serviced. Our bed wasn't made up but I don't know if that is a new thing occurring since Covid? At the time of our visit, the elevator was not working but we had access to the service elevator which worked just fine."
